- What is Orientalfurnituredealaday.com and who is behind it?
- We like to think of ourselves as a couple of regular people, even though some dispute this idea. Somehow we got into importing furnishings from Asia. Actually for the past 27 years we have been successfully importing the finest furnishings from Asia. The Orientalfurnituredealaday.com web site is just a natural off shoot of our life's work and love.
Orientalfurnituredealaday.com is an online store and community that focuses on selling the highest quality, high cool factor, unique pieces directly imported from Asia. We cut out all the middle men so that we can sell our pieces at the lowest possible prices.
- I see only one item, do you sell anything else?
- Yes, sometimes. You can click on the large blue circle on the front page to see what deals still maybe available.
- What is the schedule for new items?
- Each and every evening, 7 days a week, 365 days a year ONE new item goes on sale at 7:47 PM EST. That is really all you need to know, except that when we are sold out... we are SOLD OUT! If an item sells out before the 24 hour period ends, unfortunately, it is still sold out. You will know that we are sold out of that item by seeing the "SOLD OUT" sign on our main page. Also, you need to know that when an item is sold out, a new item will not appear until the next release time of 7:47 PM EST.
- Do you offer any discounts or coupons?
- Yep, just for being wonderful you, and becoming a member at Orientalfurnituredealaday.com you receive a 20% discount towards your first purchase. What do you think of that? And, it is so easy to become a member; all you have to do is fill in a few lines. Where else can you receive such a deal?
Every time you tell a friend about Orientalfurnituredealaday.com and they sign up, whenever they make their first purchase they will also receive the same 20% discount. However, be aware, if you tell all the people you know you will most probably end up with heaps of new lifelong friends at your dinner table every night. - I missed yesterday's item. Can I still get one?
- Maybe! Click the large blue circle on the front page to see if the item is available. We allow no back orders, and we have no waiting/notification lists. Sorry!
- I want to talk to a live person. Can I call you?
- First off, we guarantee that we are very much alive, but, sorry, we do not take calls. Just keeping up with processing orders and shipping keeps us extremely busy all day. If you have a question that really needs an answer we suggest you consult with your mother-in-law (ha ha), or leave a comment in our comment section, or write us and we will respond.
- Will I receive customer support?
- At Orientalfurnituredealaday.com we offer great customer support, but we do all our communication via email. Please continue reading the FAQ's as there is a good chance that you may find the answer to your question here. If you do not find your answer in the FAQ's then go to the write us sections and send us an email.
- Do you take returns?
- We very much appreciate your business, and therefore at Orientalfurnituredealaday.com we offer a 100% return guarantee. If you do not like your item for any reason you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. No questions asked. Please be advised that we do not accept returns without a Return Authorization number (RA). Please contact us a ra@Orientalfurnituredealaday.com to get your RA number. Deliveries refused for any reason other than damage will be charged a return shipping fee.
- What do I do if my item arrives broken?
- All orders are double boxed for maximum safety and protection during shipping. In the unlikely case you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all the packing materials and contact us at ra@Orientalfurnituredealaday.com immediately for further instructions.
- A word about hand made items. What does hand made actually mean?
- Part of the beauty of many of our products are that they are made by hand. Made by hand products are a piece of art that a machine made product is not able to replicate. A product that is not machine made is not standard issue, but is always made more from the heart and is perfect in a different way. I am sure that you understand. Each hand made item is different and never perfect by machine standards. Each piece is a little different in color, finish, and symmetry and may not be exact. This is what we love about these items. We are sure that you understand the beauty that a hand made piece has to offer. It is not standard issue. Let's hear it for the not machine made products.
- Will Orientalfurnituredealaday.com ever tell us how many pieces remain available during a given sale?
- You have to be kidding; that would spoil all the fun. We do, however, give you a hint. that brings us to the next question.

- How do I create a Orientalfurnituredealaday.com account?
- Go up to the top of this page, where it says, "Hi, Are You New?" Click, "Start Here." Next fill in the blanks by supplying a username, password and valid email address. Then click on the, "Set Me Up" button and your account is ready for buying products. If you want to be fully prepared to buy you can complete your registration by adding shipping and billing information on this registration page. You can also add or change your information later by clicking on the, "My Account" button. Only one account per email address and credit card number is allowed.
- What payment options do I have?
- You can pay for your orders using Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal We do not accept checks, money orders, or chocolate chip cookies.(For sure we will accept chocolate chip cookies, but not as payment.)
- What are my shipping options?
- We try to keep our shipping as reasonable as possible, and when we can we will ship for free. We use all of the common carriers depending on the costs involved. We guarantee your items will be shipping in two to seven days. Because of our daily volume, we are not able to offer individual expedited shipping.
- How can I track my order?
- Regardless of shipping method, you will get a tracking email once your order ships. You can check your order status by logging in and clicking the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. Your account page will list all of your previous orders. Click on the order number to view tracking information for that specific order. Please follow the tracking procedure as outlined above to follow your order. Don't worry. Take a breath. Have a donut; all pieces ship within two to seven business days.
- Why isn't my state/country/province listed; do you ship internationally?
- No, we do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time. Sorry, we do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, or Hawaii. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or to P.O. Boxes. YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH A STREET ADDRESS.
- If I buy a large quantity, do I get a discount?
- Sorry, we are already offering the lowest price we can, and so no further discounts are available no matter how many pieces of the daily deal you purchase. Please enjoy your purchases.
